Manuel, Christoph and Mattze recorded six new songs and sent them to
Role at Tonmeisterei
for mixing. Shortly afterwards, Manuel moved to Berlin and left the band.
Jonas Czok joined as the new drummer just before the pandemic brought all live activities to a halt. During that time, many new demos were recorded at home, some of which later became Palila or Would songs, while others remained unreleased. A selection of those demos is included here as a document of that period.
Despite the circumstances, the band continued writing songs, recorded new material and played a streaming show at Häkken.
Around the same time, Kapitän Platte offered to release the two EPs Are We Happy Now and Tomorrow I'll Come Visit You And Return Your Records together on vinyl.
Not long afterwards, Jonas Czok left the band.
